HORIBLE service dept. We made an appointment to have a TPMS replaced that would typically take about 1-hour to-do. I dropped the vehicle off at the dealership at 8:15, my appointment was at for 8:30. The lady at the desk told me it would be about 30 minutes before they would get to my vehicle. After 3 HOURS of waiting, I returned to the service desk to ask about the status, and I was told that they haven't stared anything yet. The deal for the car went very smooth with minimal hassle. The problem came after purchasing the car over six weeks later my trade-in is still not paid. It put my payments behind with penalties so I still have a car loan on my credit that is in an arrears for a car I don’t own anymore. The only thing I get back from spirit is that they are working on it. They will not give an answer of when this will be taken care of.
