First and foremost, Henry was a pleasure to deal with. The experience with this boat company was absolutely ruined by the owner James’ appalling attitude. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional – it's honestly shocking that someone like this is allowed to run a customer-facing business. Asking a simple question felt like I was inconveniencing him, and he spoke to me like I was beneath him. Completely unacceptable.
It Was exceptional Henry was soo amazing giving us the best deal and boat . It was a beautiful boat and lovely experience we had!

James Owner was very rude. Henry was great. Unfortunately would not recommend this company. The owner should take more pride in his company and not cuss out his customers.
