It Was exceptional Henry was soo amazing giving us the best deal and boat . It was a beautiful boat and lovely experience we had!
Henry was great, however the owner James ruined the experience for everyone. Very rude.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The experience with this boat company was absolutely ruined by the owner's appalling attitude. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional – it's honestly shocking that someone like this is allowed to run a customer-facing business. Asking a simple question felt like I was inconveniencing him, and he spoke to me like I was beneath him. Completely unacceptable.
James Owner was very rude. Henry was great. Unfortunately would not recommend this company. The owner should take more pride in his company and not cuss out his customers.
