Best massage therapist I have ever been to, hands down. This woman fixes me!
I can’t rave enough about how amazing Massage and body work is with Teresa! She has given me the best massages of my life! I highly recommend her. Her knowledge around herbalist is top notch as well. She has been able to advise me in my health in which I have had great results. I just love her and all she offers!
Teresa at Spirit and Matter is an amazing practitioner and healer! Easy to schedule, great location, great prices. Muscle tension, injuries, dizziness… you name it and she can improve it through massage or herbalism. Spirit and Matter will find a way to help you!
I received a gift certificate for a massage with Teresa from a friend who had bid on it in a charity silent auction. I had not been in to work with her before, but found a lot of information on her website about the different types of massage available and her experience.
