Neva has been great for both my physical pain which I have seen other therapists continually for. Neva shifted it on the first visit & my body felt great plenty of extra free movement. She has also helped me understand why I do some things & how I can change what I do. She has really helped me understand myself and my future feels so much clearer. Neva is just amazing at this! She explained the things that were "off" in my body — back pain, poor posture, sore muscles, etc — and why they were off matched how I was feeling in my life at the time. She told me that I didn't have to say anything during the session, and I went away feeling lighter than I've felt for a while.

Neva is exceptional! She is my main therapist that I go to. She is helpful, easy to talk to, and extremely caring. She works in a cheerful and intuitive manner going the extra distance, staying later or being flexible in appointment times.
