One of the worst places I have ever worked in my 22 years of Aircraft maintenance experience. The ones that don't care about the outcome of their work is the best fitting mindset to work here. The upper management I delt with doesn't care about process of proper FFA/Quality standard. As long as "you do what they say" and don't question the process they don't care.
