I was here to make a scheduled delivery on Sunday. They are extremely attentive, including the security guard. He received me very well and accompanied me the whole time. Congratulations to the entire team.

Not sure who answers the phones when you call but he had a horrible attitude, wasn't clear on what he was looking for and tried to make me feel dumb for giving him information he didn't need. Be clear with your questions, then he hung up. Customer service was horrible and they took about an hour and a half to get our driver his POD.

Only have taken/ picked up son from here, but security has been very friendly when I explained I was trading cars once, and what I was doing! Felt safe he checked on me, as was dark and no one around.

This place is confusing for a driver first time delivering. First things first. To find the guard to check in, coming off the highway you'll go through a pay pass point, directly straight from there you cross the railroad tracks and will see a sign for truck inspections to the right. The security is very helpful and will lead you to where you need to go. This place is a little old and tattered but alright.
