After receiving an unreasonably high quote for a neutral safety switch repair at a nearby Pep Boys, I chose to bring my vehicle to Spirit Service Center. They had previously completed my NYS inspection, so I felt confident returning for a repair estimate. I am grateful for Eddie’s professionalism and honesty throughout the process. If you need car repairs, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

The service was ok. They painted the front bumper of our car. But now we have 2 scratches in the back bumper and fender. They moved the car at least 8 times a night from the garage to the street. for 3 nights.They did not want to admit that it could've been from that. Our car notifies when it moves. They are now 2 deep scratches that were not there earlier. When confonted they kept saying it's dust. And kept trying to rub it off. When they couldn't rub it off, they said "oh well it was already there. We are not responsible".... read more
