Top notch. They took care of ALL of the paperwork and insurance back-and-forth details. They delivered exactly what was promised. Timing was great and a 1-day tear-off and install was super. Cleanup was excellent - still have not found the first nail in my yard.
Would definitely recommend Spire to everyone. Easy to work with, explained everything in great detail, and met with the insurance adjuster when he was at the house. They were able to knock out the whole roof in one long hot day, which minimized the disruption of major house work. It was impressive to see them work, and clean up, so fast.
Tanner was very professional and incredibly helpful. He was able to find the issue on our roof and addressed all my queries patiently and thoroughly. I will definitely be considering their services for use in the future again.
Shea has done two roofs for me. He came out asap and diagnosed a leak in attic. Took drone photos of damaged roof. This helped expedite insurance claim. He took drone photos of completed roof and work in progress updates. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
