Tanner came out last minute of the day, looked at what I had concerns with, and applied some fixes that should do the trick! He even offered to stay in touch to ensure the work provided the solution I was needing! I recommend him to anyone that calls Spire! Spire Roofing repaired a portion of our roof and they did an excellent job. Tanner and Avery were both very professional, the workers showed up on time, were very proficient, and I would definitely use them again and would also highly recommend them.
These people are thorough with their inspections and work. We were very impressed with both the management and the crew. They went beyond what was promised . Every detail was taken seriously. Naturally there is a lot of mess with removal of the old roof, but this crew made certain that it was all cleared away. As a matter of fact, they left it neater than when the came. Spire Roofing is all about customer service. Within minutes of reaching out to Shea, I had a technician calling me to determine how quickly he could come assess the issue. Ethan Thatcher did an amazing job investigating the source of the leak and implementing a solution. He braved the excessive heat and extreme pitch of my roof and made to sure I knew exactly what the issue was and how it would be repaired. I truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise.
