We had a lengthy claim disposition with our policy provider. We are quite elderly and needed help understanding all the email "back and forth.'' Malcolm gave us support, kind encouragement, and a huge amount of Knowledge about the replacement of our hail damaged roof on March 13th,2025. Had a patio roof that needed to be re-sealed. Called 2 other local roofing companies for an estimate and never heard back from them. Spire Roofing (Tanner) promptly came out and provided an estimate, scheduled the repair, and completed the work. Communication before, during and after was excellent. Spire did a great job and I’m very pleased with the job they did. So glad that I called them!

Fantastic experience with Spire Roofing! Steven, Caden, Jackson, and everyone else we dealt with were fantastic. Long story short, an issue caused by our home's original builder (or one of his subs) caused a major secondary issue during Spire's installation of the new roof. Unlike most companies probably would have done, Spire immediately got on top of the problem and corrected it at no cost to us.
