I had the opportunity to work with Spire Development in the recent past. As affordable housing developers go, this organization is stellar. They put a lot of thought into structure, amenities, decor, layout, landscaping and green space use, all in an effort to provide the best experience for residents. Thanks for bringing The Projects to our nice working class community in Kettering. Can't wait until the Meijer gets shut down because the theft rate goes through the roof just like they did to multiple Krogers in Dayton. Here's an idea: why don't we build some projects in the owner of Spire Development's neighborhood? Dirtbags.

Spire Development has affordable workforce housing with well thought out amenities. The units have nice finishes, and are very roomy. I have friends who live in both Hempstead Station and Darby Run, and they love their homes.
