I have been trying to call the branch in Golden Valley, MN to get a Phone number for the branch. It is impossible to get it.
Insane hold times to get support. Bill Pay is now just the bank writing checks on your behalf when they feel like it. Funds are withdrawn randomly. Additional fees for all kinds of things. I no longer feel like I am treated as a valued member. Member experience is terrible since going from Spire to Blaze. Would NOT recommend.
Blaze app quit working on phone. Just says having technical problems try later. 6 weeks and it's still doesn't work. Unloaded app loaded Blaze CU CC app from Google Play. App comes up but won't let me log in using the same username and password verified to work on the website. Giving up blaze and app are a waste of time, can not deposit checks when app not working. Will deposit in Wells Fargo, a superior app that allways works and it's fastest way to deposit checks. Wasted more time calling Blaze tech support after being on ... read more
