A month ago, I came in with a dirty, cut up sweater (I worked in a warehouse). I didn't care because I just got off work, but the lady behind the glass gave me such a look that I don't think I will come back. I am struggling financially, but just that look made feel embrassed and ashamed of myself and my situation. But at least the tellers were polite.
I don't know a lot about this place as a financial institution, but everyone who works here is super nice and seems competent. I was dealing with them after my mother passed away, and they were so kind and able to help me do all the things that were needed.
Shoutout to Joe R and Blaze Credit Union. They set me up with an account very quickly. Blaze is easy to work with. Setting up an account is very simple. They have a home town credit union feel with multiple branches conveniently throughout the twin cities area. Financially, they offer pretty much everything. I highly recommend Blaze and Joe R.
