Seems like customer service has declined since the transition to Blaze. It takes forever for someone to answer the phone and I recently was in person trying to solve an issue and the man helping me was a bit rude and impatient. The app always has problems.
Was not very happy when I went for a personal loan and was told they would be able to help me and I went thru a whole plan and then they just tell me you can't help me and lied to me about doing a vehicle loan come to find out I can't even do that not a fan of a company that says they treat there members like family well they don't they don't care about you at all they just want to get your hopes up and screw people over I have been with blaze or spire for 14 years and I am going to say the way they have changed is terrible ... read more
Terrible bank I had NO money all weekend Spire blocked my card for a payment I made called 7 times Sunday to get told your account is fine shouldn’t b a problem? Well I couldn’t buy groceries? Then they said they fixed it drove back to the store to have card declined again I understand mistakes happen but 7 times? In one day? Blaze is a complete JOKE! Spire never hit me with weird fees. Freezing my account. Messing everything up. I am withdrawing.
They took forever to get back to me when I was the only person in line.
