this place used to be good when it was spire. Since it's Blaze, it's all downhill. Bank of America is close by and has more gravitas
Never enough people staffed and it takes forever in the drive thru to do anything, especially around 3pm to 5pm. It’s disappointing.
Hate to do this but they lost a customer and a business customer yesterday because they don't care. Brett brushed me off after I made an hour appointment with him yesterday, then I get there he said I have a half hour and instead of waiting 2 minutes for me to complete something online, he pushed me to leave and book an appointment for the next day.
