She was personable and customer focused, She even managed to squeeze me into her schedule at the last minute. She provided me with some excellent advice. I'm looking forward to working with her again in the future. I genuinely appreciate all the assistance she offered!!
Seems like customer service has declined since the transition to Blaze. It takes forever for someone to answer the phone and I recently was in person trying to solve an issue and the man helping me was a bit rude and impatient. The app always has problems.
