Found one of their posted listings on Zumper. One of their agents approved us for an apartment then tried to get an illegal cash brokerage fee from us. After we refused, we were denied AFTER being approved because we refused to pay a cash brokerage fee for an apartment we did not hire them to find. This is shady company.
My first brokerage. Very good brokerage I left due to me focusing on school. Stress free Marcel don’t stress you out telling you to come to class or anything closed about 20 rentals within my first 2 months 🙏🏾 I recommend plus 100% commission….. haven’t seen that elsewhere. Everything you need is online guidance everything plus he provides leads.
