The workmanship is very good. I picked my spiral staircase from the PA warehouse to save on shipping. The customer service is beyond good. After two years of my purchase, I needed to adjust my steps due to my contractor not knowing how to measure space between steps keeping them equally spaced. The contractor also left all the screws stripped. I emailed Spiral Stair Warehouse and Dan Montgomery responded right away letting me know that he was mailing what I needed to me. Wow, I am impressed.
