Tried to get a quote for an HVAC project we have. I provided a line by line spreadsheet with the image and part number from their catalog along with quantities. Basically exactly what I needed. The salesman I dealt with said he would make adjustments to the sizes of my duct sizes to account for the insulation. I told him I could do that and he said that it is easy for him to do it.
