I was an established patient of Brooke Melvin for the past 3 years, with my most recent visit being less than 1 year ago. When I called to schedule an appointment with my provider I was told that I could not because my insurance benefits had changed. Despite the fact that I paid as a self-pay patient for my visit in Nov. 2024, Spira Care would not allow me to schedule an appointment and when I tried to message my provider over the portal I was unable to access my patient portal. I went there today without an appointment and they got me in anyway. I was so thankful. Dr Yates and her team were great, very friendly. I will definitely go back to this location again.
Amazing care provided, listens to your health concerns, and you never feel rushed or unsupported in your appointments. Super appreciative of my provider— she’s probably the most supportive medical provider I’ve ever been lucky enough to work with & I hope to stay with her for as long as I can!
