Kinda useless, they do the bare minimum and often not even that. Irritated with my experience to say the least.
In November I ended up starting a new job not knowing if Spira Care would be an option. I made them aware of that, by the time I made them aware I had ZERO access to my portal, kept calling to see if I could move my appointment out just to be on the safe side if I did end up having spira care insurance again. I was told, “you probably won’t have spira care so we’ll just cancel everything”. I felt that was very disrespectful and staff didn’t even let me know I would lose access to everything. My favorites by far are Dr. Duke and Stephanie Betsworth. I have anxiety and appreciate that Dr. Duke makes me feel comfortable and no pressure about anything. I'm no longer afraid of cortisone shots thanks to him. He has a nice, calming effect. I like Stephanie Betsworth as well. She is very thorough. I'm thankful both listen and believe that fibromyalgia is real.
