I arrived 25 minutes before close and was turned away, despite the clinic being completely empty. One doctor had already left, and the other was ready to leave. It’s hard to feel valued as a patient when showing up on for an urgent need is treated as an inconvenience. I’ll be switching insurance as soon as possible. If patient care takes a backseat to convenience, what’s the point?

I’m not sure what the one star reviews are for because I have never had any issues receiving medication or having records sent. In fact, Spira Care has given me the most pleasant doctor experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a wait and the staff is always very pleasant. They were able to get me in the next day when I had an issue crop up.
