Have been a regular for over a year. Have had the pleasure to meet Jasmin and another gentleman. They’re kind people, very attentive and offer great customer service.
I love coming to wash here at this location. I'm always so pleased with how kind all of the employees are. The facility is always clean and crisp. The workers love engaging with the clientele. Audrey helped me out to my vehicle with my two carts. It's a bit of an inconvenience that the ramp is located by the bakery. I really appreciate when the staff comes out to assist me. Grateful for this Gem in La Villita!
This laundry mat has lost its quality! Every week a new machine is out, I find dryers dirty, there’s no cleaning of machines. This is what happens when an out of state owner buys in our neighborhood. & the prices are ridiculous for this kind of service. If you’re from Little Village resort to our locally owned laundry mats, like La Chiquita Laundry Mat.
My very 1st time coming to this SpinXpress in Little Village. Very Clean, Very updated, huge 100 pound washers were able to accommodate my washing needs as I was washing large comforters. As I was preparing to dry my comforters I realized that I had either dropped my card or left it on one of the machines. I inquired about canceling the card but I had not registered it so therefore it was a loss. The ladies that was in attendance was extremely helpful and accommodating.
