Bought a John Hart bag out of town. Was told I could have it stamped anywhere that sold John Hart. Was told it would be $12 to have it stamped. Went to Spin Out and was told they wouldn’t stamp it unless we bought it there. Store policy. Told them it was a gift & I needed it stamped. Explained what we were told to no avail. I give this store a 10 out of 10. They always make us feel welcome and comfortable. Customer service is top notch and it doesn’t matter what you look like or what you are wearing when you come in. They don’t judge you or treat you differently. That speaks volumes of a business and of course they have the cutest merchandise and our favorite candles!
