I usually don’t leave reviews, but my visit to the Outlet Collection Seattle (run by Spinoso Real Estate Group) was so bad that I feel like I have to warn others. Spinoso took over management in late 2024, but the mall has only gone downhill. The place is falling apart. Buckets are scattered through the walkways catching water from ceiling leaks. Spinoso Real Estate Group’s management of The Outlet Collection in Auburn WA is a complete disaster. The B entrance has had no working doors for ages, and there are no accessible entrances for employees anywhere in the mall… completely unacceptable in 2025. On top of that, the air conditioning has been broken since 2023 with no plans to repair it. The owners of Cottonwood Mall, Spinosa Realty Company, should be ashamed. This place has NO AIR CONDITIONING — in the middle of summer — and apparently zero plans to fix it. It’s been like this for who knows how long, and the management acts like it’s not a big deal. Shoppers and employees are left to suffer in sweltering heat, and the only thing hotter than the building is the anger of everyone who steps inside. They refuse to fix the AC in Cottonwood Mall in Albuquerque. It's been broken since March yet they're still collecting rent from the tenants.
