We called in a panic for help with a leaky pipe on a weekend morning, and the owner answered even though he wasn't available to come onsite, but he still went above and beyond to help us. He gave us references for others, and since they weren't available either, he walked us through on how to fix the problem ourselves, including the exact parts and tools we needed. Thank you!
BEWARE, stay away : many call attempts and promises to show up resulted in excuse after excuses to not show up. You will have to chase him. He will ask you personal questions like what you do for a living then decide if you are worthy of his time.
