We were having a plumbing emergency and despite being on vacation out-of-province, this man spoke to my husband and I several times, trying to help us resolve our issue. He pro-actively called me when he had an idea about how we could fix it, that lead to us being able to resolve our issue completely by ourselves. And what did he ask of us for this?
