Janelle is very skilled in what she does. She truly cares about you. I had several Bowen therapy sessions with her, because I had a long term mold sickness which had put my body in Fight/ Flight. After the Bowen treatments I slept better, digestion was improved, depression and anxiety were greatly reduced and I felt like my body was finally letting go of thinking it had to be in Fight/ Flight mode 24/7.
