All the staff that have been involved with my parents care have been outstanding, particularly Dr Patel, thank you all.
Got to my appointment 10 minutes early and had to wait 50 minutes to be taken in. Then when I was is the appointment to doctor seemed like she wanted to get me out of there asap, hardly making conversation, didn't seem to care very much, and couldn't explain what she was saying. Honestly disrespectful service, then my appointment report was littered with typos it was completely incoherent.
Instead of giving appointment to doctors they are redirecting to pharmacist which is making it worst
I find the services good, staff are helpful, I don’t go every day like some people who are regulars, might as well put a bed there for them.
