Je suis allé pour un diagnostic de frein — aucun rapport écrit, seulement verbal, on m’a dit que je devais changer le module ABS. Ensuite, ils m’ont envoyé deux soumissions : une autour de 1 500 $ pour un module usagé, et une neuve autour de 4 500 $. Quand j’ai demandé un rapport imprimé, on m’a dit de revenir sans jamais mentionner que je devrais repayer $. on voulait me refacturer jusqu’à ce que je proteste.
