I brought my dog in for a flu shot and nail trim. I noticed when I returned home that I had been charged $30 for the nail trim. My dog is 20 pounds, and I've watched the technicians do nail trims on her before. Takes 3 minutes tops! That's $600 an hour for the service. I was not happy with this cost, so called and spoke to Tracy to lodge a formal complaint. Tracy told me "we are not a groomer" and "people take their pets to Petco or groomers for nail trims".
