We recently stayed in the Pleystowe penthouse, part of Spinnaker Quays, booking it for our family of eight. The unit, which sleeps nine, included an adjoining private rooftop space that we were excited to use for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. We paid $6,300 for a nine-night stay, expecting a high standard of service and a welcoming environment.
