This place refurbished the apartments a few years ago. But they have not kept up with maintenance and a number of things were not working when we arrived for our week. The housing for the chandelier was detached exposing live wire. The blinds on the balcony door could only opened and closed. But not adjusted to let more or less light in. And the display on the microwave only worked once it was started. Making it very difficult to figure out how to use the features.
Great views, great staff, wonderful week.
I urge Interval to seriously reconsider listing this property in their system. The universal check-in time is after 4:00 PM, yet the front desk stops working at 5:00 PM and does not answer the phone at all. After a delayed flight and driving through a snowstorm, we arrived to find no one at the desk. We called more than 10 times with no response. They have great, well kept, and clean units ... and the pool is so warm. Heated garage too. Great for the ski season.
