Glad to finally be moving out. Residents here are great however the building managers are a joke. They will make threats against you telling you they can “ kick you out” when you ask for proof of a random fee they can’t answer and when taken to RTA lie through their teeth. They will have tradies enter the apartment without entry notices and bully female tenants How this pair of clowns obtained or have kept their real estate licence is beyond me. Next step is now QCAT and be rid of this pair once and for all.
i order marie’s pizza about twice a month i just got the worst pizza from them ever i rang the store and instead of taking responsibility the lady in the store wanted to argue with my wife she said we don’t take responsibility for any food served by uber eats however we watched the driver pick it up and delivery straight to us the pizza wasn’t the correct size ( unless Marie’s have just reduced the size of their large pizza to small) the pizza looked old and reheated the usual good topping was pathetic compared to our normal... read more
Reception very unhelpful and aggressive, asking them one question and was the end of the world. Couldn’t access front of the building as the intercom wasn’t working and got told I was at fault.
The best place I've lived in my life!
