I recently had new kitchen countertops installed. They look great, and the work was done fast. Although, I still had a subpar experience with this business. I was quoted a soap dispenser hole next to the faucet and the old countertops to be disposed of. Neither were completed. After repeated requests, I was told no one uses those soap dispenser holes (acted very disrespectful), and the disposal was not included in the removal (so the scraps were left in my front yard?).
