The energy the instructors bring makes you want to go to class. They are so positive and it doesn't matter what level you are at they make your feel so good. Doesn't even feel like and exercise class.

My first class back after a couple of years. Great to be back. Loved the class. Lili was great. Lili even noticed me bending down to adjust my shoe ( and my weight fell) and she was over to me in a heart beat checking in on me, I very much appreciated that. I also appreciated that I could go at my own pace. Currently going though chemo treatments so my energy level is low sometimes, so it's nice for me to know I can go at my own pace without feeling silly. Front desk staff also excellent.
