Hands down best place to get healthy! Owners/trainers are so professional and know exactly what everyone needs no matter their fitness level. No class time, you do what you can do. Complete body workout at 10 stations and done in a half hour. You gain strength, balance, coordination and so good for your mental health.no judgement. I could not recommend this place enough!

SpinFit is not your average gym! It’s the only place you get a full body workout daily with a different challenge every day. It makes you want to come back for more! The owners John and Chantal are very supportive and make you feel at home. Modifications can be made on the fly at any time for anyone that needs it, and they also offer personal training! By far my favorite place to work out in the area.

SpinFit is by far, the best gym around! They focus on HIIT workouts that include both kickboxing and weight training; a perfect combination for the whole body. The exercises change every day, which adds to the enjoyment. If there is a particular exercise you cannot do, they always have other options. Their 1:1 sessions are also a great experience! SpinFit provides the best total body workout that I’ve ever done!! The owners are motivating and inspiring and drive each member to reach their full potential and bring out the best in all of us — all while having so much FUN!! There is no better workout!
