Spine Zone is the absolute best of the best!!! Bon and Val are the absolute best people at Spine Zone and I am going to miss them. But what I am not going to miss is the pain that my back used to have. Bon has taught me some awesome, wonderful exercises that I am going to have for a long time, and I have been empowered by him. I have already referred my friend Steve to Spine Zone, and he is very impressed by them as well. Pick Spine Zone for any back issues, and they will not let you down!
Bon is absolutely fantastic. Very patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. If you take the suggestions, do your training at home, and make the effort, I'm sure you'll do well. Very happy with the service I was provided over the last few months.
