Spoke to Chris and he sent out a tech promptly. The tech was professional and knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly and for a reasonable price! Will definitely use them again!
So in December 2025, I needed to have my bathroom faucet replaced. I scheduled an appointment with Spinello and purchased a new faucet from Lowes. The plumber comes out, one that has been to my house before. I leave alone to do his work; i checked on him periodically but 2+ hours later I go to check on him and he is not there but the new faucet appears to be installed. My Hot water heater broke down. I called Spinello Plumbing on a Sunday evening. Chris called me back, and said he can come the next morning. He checked the water heater and gave me a reasonable price for the new heater installation. He came back within 2 hours with his installers, and had the job done in about 2-3 hours. Chris and his staff did an excellent job, and explained the installation and pricing plain and simple. I will contact him for all of my Plumbing needs.
Had another contractor come out to see why my ac unit was leaking and told me I needed a new system and tried to sell me one. I called Chris the owner and he came right out and fixed the issue in a hour. Super knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He definitely got a customer with me now.
