Très mauvaise expérience. J'avais un rendez-vous à 10 h 30 pour un simple changement d'huile. Malgré le fait que j'avais un rendez-vous confirmé, j'ai attendu plus de 20 minutes uniquement pour remettre mes clés. C'est totalement inacceptable.
