I had a VERY unpleasant experience with the sales manager ROGER HANI in fall 2020 when he was at INFINITI (Pointe-Claire). The salesman Vassilios Kombitsakis (Billy) clearly said (with written proof) that if I purchase a set of winter tires from their dealership, the install will be FREE. The day I came for tire change, once the service department had my winter tires installed, JAY PATEL ( service advisor) said the install is NOT free and that Billy made a mistake. REVIEW AUGUST 7 2025 : Was told to arrive for my appointment in the morning to be sure my tire / mag change of only ONE tire would be done quickly. Arrived at 10AM. Left at 12:45PM. For a tire to be taken off, a mag and a new tire to be applied. Imagine that. Was only shown at 11:30-45am that my tire was no good. 11:30-45am was the FIRST update I received from the team at Lexus Spinelli Lachine after waiting since 10AM this morning.
