Had a 9:00 AM appointment for a simple maintenance and car wash. I showed up early at 8:45, and didn’t get my car back until 12:45. Four hours for something that should take no more than half that time. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to leave people sitting around all morning? This is a complete waste of time and shows a total lack of respect for your customers’ schedules. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
Mechanics are not following basic procedures at Lachine Lexus. My vehicle had a 55 point inspection and I left with a missing part. Had they done a visual check before handing over the keys it would have been spotted. I no longer trust this company after 15 years of repeat service.
