I've called many times to try to make an appointment, but everytime I directly called the appointment line or they transferred me to the appointment line, I never got answered after 5-10mins waiting.Even the last time of my call, they transferred me to someone, and the lady told me to wait a bit of creating a file for me, and then, she hung up my call. That's it, if you guys don't take appointments, please note that on your page, thank you very much.
