Absolutely horrible place. If I could give negative stars I would. My experience start to finish was abysmal. My car got hit in December at which time I wanted it to go to VW, its a hardtop convertible and I was worried about roof shifting. Car went to the Spinelli complex Vw for mechanical work only issue with them was my alignment that they did twice and it still pulls. Then Body shop for the esthetics. Couldnt reccomend this place any less. Awful quality work. Said it would take 7 days to repair my vehicle, ended up taking 35 days. They burned 60km worth of fuel in the tank and refused to replenish any gasoline. Interior looks like it was refinished with 10 grit sandpaper. They call this completed work? Sloppy paint work, looks horrible and there is an excessive amount of residue left on the paint and windows that is near impossible to remove. Avoid leaving your car here—especially if it's relatively new! My 2025 Lexus NX had front bumper damage, and I chose this dealership’s body shop over my insurer’s recommended options. Big mistake. The repair took 48 days, and the result was disappointing—there’s a larger gap between the hood and bumper that I didn’t notice at delivery (local Lexus noticed that!).
