After the repair my turn signals weren't working. I had to visit a second time. My white halogen lights were replaced too.
My personal experience was very positive. Replacement car was provided, rear bumper was painted very nicely and installed properly, communication was very polite and clear.I had a special request to paint a part of front bumper that I provided myself. They painted the part and even installed, I was very surprised as they went above and beyond my request. Avoid using this auto repair shop at all costs. Despite my insurance paying almost $15,000, they returned my car with missing screws and plastic cover parts. When I brought it back, they only installed one screw and the polishing was poorly done. I later discovered on the VW website that they are not a Certified Collision Repair Facility.
