“I want to highlight my concern with how this dealership handled a friend’s speedometer issue. The problem was reported while the vehicle was under warranty, but the dealership has not addressed it. A working speedometer is critical for safe driving, and denying coverage for a known warranty issue shows poor customer care. This experience has been stressful and disappointing, and it undermines trust in the dealership’s commitment to stand by its warranty promises.”

I would like to thank the general manager and sales manager and our sales consultant for their help with our car purchase. At the beginning it was a hassle but they turned it to an unforgettable experience. The sales consultant was so understanding to our needs and she was listening attentively and was willing to help. Ive taken possession of multiple cars in my life and have worked at a dealership before but never have I experienced such great customer service, everyone from rcpt (Cassandra) to sales (Nadine) f&i (Anabel) and delivery (Anthony) were exceptional. I am in love with my 25 GTI but am counting down the months until I can see them all again for my R!
We were very impressed with Geethan and his team at Volkswagen Spinelli , with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend them.
