I have been dealing with Volkswagen Spinelli for nearly two years regarding a rust warranty claim on my Tiguan. Initially, my experience was positive with the previous after-sales manager, who handled the repair of my roof and quarter panels efficiently. However, the remaining repairs to my two doors were delayed as the parts had not yet arrived.
