I had a Will drawn up for my wife and I several years ago by Attorney Thomas Eubanks who was a part of this firm and who has now retired. Mr. Eubank was very respectful and did a great job for us. I contacted this firm on February 18, 2026 and asked for an electronic copy of my Will in case we need to edit it down the road. I even agreed to pay for it. My family (grandparents, great aunts and uncles, mother, aunts, uncles and cousins) has used this law firm for 50+ years for estate planing so you can only imagine my dismay that they couldn't even be bothered to return my calls. My Mom suddenly passed and we could not find her will. I contacted them and was told that they should have a copy on file but could not locate it and had to reach out to a retired memeber of the firm to see if he knew. AND that was that.
