Honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr Lindsay and his staff at spine fit . Since day one when I walked in they have been nothing short of amazing to me . SpineFit Rehab & Wellness is so much more than just a chiropractic office. Dr. Lindsay and his team support you through adjustments, exercises, stretches, nutritional information, and other options such as PEMF and ShockWave Therapy. I've been a patient here for the last few months and, through the use of alignment photos and exams, they have helped me recover from old injuries and positively change my posture.
