Dr L is great! Keeps me healthy and is just a lovely person in general. The whole staff are a 10/10
I’ve been going to dr.Lindsay for around 7 months now. And in those months I’ve seen my back and neck pain disappear, my balance come back to normal, and mobility come back to my full body. But he does much more than just work on those things. His team is always kind and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door, great atmosphere!
I struggle with neck and back pain, and I also have posture problems due to scoliosis. After receiving several treatments from them, my posture improved and my pain eased. I am still continuing my remaining treatment sessions with them and have decided to finish the program since they have helped me a lot.
Am in the healing process of lower hip n back pain that has gone down my right leg. Am only a month in but every visit seems to be a bit better. Am so hopping these treatments works for me as I’m so tired of the pain etc. Staff and Dr. Lindsey are great and very knowledgable.
I would like to give a shout out to Spine Fit! Dr. Lindsay and Julie, Joanne, Jennie and Rayla have performed what I consider to be a miracle. I have gone from limited movement back to almost full go. My neck and back have returned to full mobility. My hands have improved significantly. I went from 78% movement in my right thumb to 100%. I have and will continue to recommend them! Huge thank you for all your great work!
