I’ve been seeing Dr Ryan for a few months now and we’ve come so far in the process. I started with elbow pain & daily headaches - both of which have decreased drastically. This is so important to me as I’m ramping up training in weightlifting along with ensuring a pain-free way of living.
Dr. Ryan and his team are fantastic! I’m so grateful for his help with my lower back and neck issue. I appreciate that he took the time to assess my mobility by analyzing my functional movements before creating a personalized plan with at home exercises to strengthen my back along with his adjustments in office. I have been having back issues for months. Dr. Bielecki found that it was an issue with my glutes, hip and hamstrings. He explained and showed me in detail what was going on. After a few visits/adjustments along with doing some simple exercises he recommended I feel like a million bucks. Highly recommend him.

Ryan is THE BEST! This was my first time I’ve ever been adjusted in my life and I gotta say I regret not getting adjusted by him sooner. He made me feel super at ease and comfortable, calming all the nervousness I had coming into the appointment.
