Great first time experiencing dry needling! Sterling explained the process every step of the way and made sure I was okay with it all! Already feeling better! Next time I have a muscle flare up, I'll be calling for a appointment right away!
Sterling does a great job. Been going to him for over a year now. And anything I bring up that I’m having problems with getting adjusted. He explains and shows me on the diagram that he has. Highly recommend if you’re needing to get adjusted.

He was quick to get me scheduled and followed through on everything he promised during our session. After my appointment, he even sent a detailed follow-up email with personalized stretches and exercises to help tackle my pain and discomfort. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care make him stand out—highly recommend!
