Dr Wilkins has treated my lower back issues for several years now. Each treatment has been highly corrective within a matter of a one to 3 days. His advise and evaluations are conservative to best treat my condition with minimally invasive practices. I trust his advise and positive attitude. He is easy to talk with and highly recommendable. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with him.
Easiest scheduling and visit I’ve had in a long time - the process was so streamlined. Office, staff, and Dr Royston were incredible! They deserve 10 stars - highly recommend.
Customer Service is absent. I called twice on a Friday before 3:30pm--as the voicemail says it's best to do to prevent getting a return call the next business day. Left two voicemails. No return call. The procedure scheduler who gave me her card never returned my calls concerning my medication error and orders for medical imaging. Today is Wednesday of the next week and no call back. I am still in pain. Unacceptable and unprofessional for a medical specialty clinic.
My initial visit could not have been more encouraging. From the moment Dr. Royston entered the exam room, I felt she cared about my condition, listened to my questions and was determined to help. I left with a clear treatment plan. I would recommend Texas Spine Team to any of my friends and family.
