This facility is genuinely one of the most poorly run, unprofessional, and deplorable places I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I arrived 25 minutes early and spent a ridiculous amount of time simply trying to locate the building. I was so frustrated and anxious trying to find the place that I ended up having an anxiety attack. Thankfully, a very kind security guard actually had to help me because apparently I was not the only person having this exact problem. Dr. Andrew Carver Wilkins is hands down one of the best specialists out there. I originally saw him for cervical stenosis (constant neck pain) and later for shoulder pain, and he completely put me at ease both times. He is incredibly cool, down-to-earth, and has a great sense of humor that immediately cuts through the usual stress of a medical visit.
