RecommendedThe doctors care and listen and together a plan is decided on. The nurses at the surgery center are top notch. Everyone at Spine Team really care.
The nurse was just rude. The doctor read me the wrong MRI, I was crying when he told me what I had, then he did call back to tell me, he read the wrong file. I am still in shocked. The doctor was awesome but not the nurse.
Dr would not see me because I was around someone who had COVID within last 2 weeks. I have tested negative twice in last 5 days. Then was told no virtual appt. Who was I supposed to see at 10:30?? That person can’t call or FT? I am hurt and need to be seen. I waited already to see you and can’t wait another 2 weeks because you can’t be bothered. I feel like I was just cast away like a piece of trash. DO NOT GO HERE. LOOK ELSEWHERE. THERES A MILLION PLACES BESIDES THOS PLACE

My mother has been forced to wait all morning. It’s almost 1:00, she had a 10:30am appointment and it still not done. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT recommend if your time is at all valuable.

RecommendedThe doctors and staff are unique in how much they care. They take time to explain your diagnosis. This was the first doctor I went to who actually walked me through my MRI scan to show me the problem and then explain the options. The staff is incredibly nice, courteous, and helpful.
