I saw Dr. Alexa Royston today for an EMG. I was terrified beforehand, I even postponed my appointment after hearing horror stories and reading scary comments online. Dr. Royston was wonderful! She explained everything clearly and really listened to my worries, which helped so much. In the end, the procedure wasn’t bad at all! I felt so relieved and even a little silly for being so scared. I have had a number of steroid injections into my low back at this facility over the last three years or so. The entire staff are friendly and professional, and are very focused on their work. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to other patients.
I had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Campbell. I felt that he listened to my concerns, explained my imaging clearly and was truly interested in how to help me. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a high level of care and professionalism.
I have been going there for nearly a year, Luv the staff. From the front desk, nurses, Jennifer Krick, & her PA. The whole staff is wonderful.
