I can't comment on Jeni as a physiotherapist, I was running late for my first appointment, called to let them know and then was called in the lift on the way up to my appointment, Jeni cancelled my appointment because I was a hair under 15 minutes late to our appointment, I begged the receptionist but she refused to see me, I had waited weeks and weeks for an appointment and have been in chronic pain for years this whole experience left me $80 out of pocket and depressed. .
