*DO NOT GO HERE* Raj my physical therapist was on his phone planning vacations & on tik tok more than he was helping me. That’s when he WAS in town and not on vacations with assistants who are not done with school & not licensed covering for him. No one knew what was going on with me, I was passed around and rarely got to meet with an actual licensed therapist. Total chaos. It is hard to get scheduling done properly if at all with the only staff answering the phone at their own home. With ZERO knowledge of anything to do with their clients or their locations of therapy !! Disheartening when you truly need the therapy. Unprofessional. You WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF THE LOCATION YOU ARE SCHEDULED AT WITHOUT JUMPING THOUGH HOOPS WITH SOMEONE ANSWERING THE PHONE AT HOME. IF THEY ANSWER AT ALL. UNPROFESSIONAL. GOOD LUCK WITH COMPANY ! YOU WILL NEED IT !!
