Stay away from Hope Han. There is another review noting how awful she is and I should have listened. She was super rough and grabbed my ankle right at the broken bone. I mentioned that it really hurts right in that spot and she condescendingly said “yeah that’s where it broke”. I started to mention that her grabbing me there hurt when she cut me off, got up and stormed off, proceeding to ignore me the rest of the time I was there. I visited this location once, over a month ago. Because of my physical conditions, I wasn't able to do much, therefore, I didn't experience enough treatment or activities to provide more than a very basic evaluation or review. The staff were friendly and responsive regarding my restricted activities. I don't have any idea what's going to happen in the immediate future, because my recent cervical spine's MRI results will be initially discussed with me (by my PCP), in the morning. I highly recommend this facility for physical therapy & rehabilitation of any body pain or limb movement. I have had treatment for about 4 months & have regained much of my range of motion & have reduced my pain from level 7 to 0-2. I have grown stronger & also practiced balancing during movement, so this has helped in everyday life. The staff are excellent; knowledgeable, patient & attentive. If you have any restrictions in your movement, get a doctor's referral to start therapy TODAY!
