This place feels super dodgy to me. I didn’t even stay for my whole appointment. First point of contact, the receptionist extremely unfriendly and not helpful - she had the attitude like she couldn’t even bother. Now the company is harassing me by sending tons of emails and text messages even though I’m not a patient. My experience was outstanding! The entire therapy staff and the onsite business manager were professional, friendly, respectful and genuine. After 21 sessions, I felt like I became part of their family! So much so, that I would be remiss if I failed to mention them here. My trainers Felix and Cindy, who encouraged, lead and guided me threw the majority of my therapy sessions. Premier PT has a very intellectual staff who know exactly what they are doing Kaitlyn and her team are brilliant Katie in the front management/ scheduling role is very efficient. The place is clean and quiet. Everyone is very friendly.
