From beginning to end. It was a excellent experience, initial phone call throughout first visit so far. And upcoming appointments. It was so easy they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so polite. Especially erica. Who was able to help me with my PT and give me some good tips to do things at home as well as on site while visiting. I will definitely be coming back actually looking forward to it thank you all at premier
I cannot recommend this physical therapy clinic. The receptionist is unhelpful and often cites internet issues as the reason for not sending appointment details, reminders, or invoices. Initially, reminders are frequent, but they cease once you accept the late or missed appointment fee policy. Additionally, the storage of credit card information raises concerns. The receptionist's rude and dismissive demeanor further discourages future visits. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing.
Awesome experience from the receptionist to Dr. Brandon. He took his time explaining the process, examined me and did my xray on my first visit. So far so good
Katie followed up with referral and confirmed with me. Easy to park. Anja was very knowledgeable about my condition. Very sweet and I enjoyed working with her.
