Dr. Gibson is an exceptionally caring and compassionate physician. His staff is always warm, friendly, and welcoming, which makes each visit a positive experience. I’m especially impressed by how efficient the office is—I’m typically in and out within about 30 '45 . minutes without feeling rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Gibson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive doctor. I truly feel fortunate to have been referred to him years ago. And Lori is just as wonderful—she’s kind, supportive, and an absolute joy..
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication at this office. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. Whether you are trying to schedule an appointment or have an urgent question, you are left waiting indefinitely. A doctor’s office should be accessible to its patients, but the current front-desk management makes it feel like your time and health aren't a priority. I hope they address these staffing or technical issues soon, as the current level of service is unacceptable.
I’ve been very happy as a new patient with Dr. Gibson. My first question to him was are you a Christian? His answer was,”I pray before each patient.”. Wow! I must say I was terrified when my series of scans came back because I knew from previous scans it was not going to be good.It showed I needed a shot of steroids to possibly help with my pain.
