Left several messages over several days and still haven't gotten a returned call. I've got a pinched nerve in my thoracic area. It's been affecting my breathing and it scares me . Appointments should be by priority and pain level , not by first come ( call) first serve. Made an appointment back in June for monday, September 29th. The Dr. took off work that day. First of all Marianne who ask all the questions then dismisses your answers or offers her unwarranted opinion of what she thinks your answer should be reads your MRI reports and says the findings don't match your symptoms. Is she even qualified to make such statements? May as well bring the janitor in and get his opinion as well. Then after meeting Ashley I would have preferred the janitor. Appointments should be by priority and pain level , not by first come ( call) first serve. I think they cut out early and let the answering service take the calls. U of M Ann Arbor or Midland needs to do something about these satellite facilities.
